by | Apr 29, 2016 | Education

Laying the foundation for a successful transition to college begins in high school. Destination College’s final presentation of the year will focus on the steps every high school student can take to prepare themselves for higher education.

“From High School to College: Your Successful Transition Begins Now,” is planned from 6:30-8 p.m., Tuesday, April 26 at the Preston Ridge Campus Conference Center, 9700 Wade Blvd. in Frisco. It will explore how the college search, selection and application process can help students develop the skills and confidence to begin college with an effective and appropriate mindset.

The seminar is free and open to the public. However, registration is required. To register, visit www.collin.edu/destinationcollege . For more information, call 972.377.1772.
