U.S. Army works out with JROTC cadets

The JROTC works out for physical training every Friday, but Oct. 16 was a much different PT.

The U.S. Army recruiters joined their workout.

From pushups to sit-ups, to balance and running exercises, all of the workouts were team based and needed leadership for them to work properly.
