Kunal Kapur’s Eagle Scout project took him to the Wylie Police Department.
The 18-year-old from Lucas, who gradated this spring from Lovejoy High School, wanted to help children whose families faced a traumatic situation, so he decorated and provided furnishings for the WPD’s crime victims advocate waiting room.
