WHS graduates 612

by | Jun 10, 2020 | Education, Latest

In a school year truncated by the COVID-19 health crisis, the 612-member Wylie High School senior class was able to gather again Saturday night, June 6, for commencement exercises in Wylie Stadium.

The stadium was chosen as the best venue in which the Class of 2020 and guests could best practice social distancing, instead of inside Allen Event Center, the venue used the past several years. Seating for graduates on the field and guests in the stands was spaced out for safety.
