Through fits and spurts, Wylie City Council last week lurched forward to approve the fiscal year 2019-20 budget and 2019 property tax rate.
Council members put their stamp of approval on the budget and tax rate at a session held Tuesday, Sept. 10, at the Municipal Complex.
