Franklin started the church 11 years ago in Westminster, conducting services in a bar and grill, moved to Plano for about five years and moved to Wylie four years ago. The church moved to a new location at 303 Hwy. 78 in December 2018.
“To go to a bar and start a church was pretty brave,” Franklin pointed out.
