David Vinson said he has loved every job he’s had, including his position now as superintendent of Wylie ISD.
He became the school chief 10 years ago, in July 2011, succeeding H. John Fuller, who had served from 1993. The district has had just three superintendents in the last half-century. Before Fuller, Don Whitt served from 1972 to 1993.
