The 402 members of the Class of 2020 at Wylie East High School brought their high school years to conclusion Saturday morning, June 6, when they crossed the stage at Wylie Stadium to receive their diplomas.
Because of concerns about the COVID-19 pandemic that caused the suspension of classes in March, commencement was moved to the stadium this year to allow adequate spacing among graduates seated on the track and guests in the stands.
