After considering what a sizeable increase in impact fees would do to development in Wylie, the city council last week adopted much lower fees that track increases in construction costs for the past five years.
The council met in regular session Tuesday, Feb. 11, to consider water, wastewater and thoroughfare impact fees, rename a pair of city parks and conduct a public hearing and review of the juvenile curfew ordinance.
