The 480-member Class of 2016 at Wylie High School completed its high school years Saturday, June 4, with commencement exercises held at Allen Event Center.

The ceremony included music, appreciation to the WHS faculty and staff, and speeches from the top two senior students.

Family and friends joined in to congratulate the students as they walked across the stage to get diplomas, those last steps representing the end of their high school days.
