Whata deal! WEDC serves up burger chain

Whataburger soon will break ground in Wylie on a Hwy. 78 site between two other new fast casual restaurants.

The company is under contract to buy the 1.47-acre tract from Wylie Economic Development Corporation. The pending sale was ratified last week by the WEDC board of directors.
