With roofs in place and walls filling up with masonry and glass, the weather is not as much a concern for contractor Skanska USA as it works to complete a new Wylie campus of Collin College in time to welcome students in Fall 2020.
Dropping by the Wylie site last week was Dennis Yung, Skanska executive vice president and general manager for the Dallas and Houston region.
