Letter to the Wylie Fire Department

by | Jul 1, 2015 | Opinion

This letter is to thank all of you because you came to help me when I needed you.

Much to my surprise, I could hear the fire engines whistling just down the road before I could even get off the phone with the 911 dispatch operator.

Although my two instances were not life threatening emergencies, they could have very well been. I am recovering from a redo on a hip surgery and have to use a walker to get around until my hip heals.

It’s very nice to know that the fire department’s help can be there that quick if needed.

Thanks again for your help guys.

Anthony D. Boyd
