544 Cafe gets surprise visit from celebrity

Celebrity chef Bobby Flay paid a surprise visit to The 544 Cafe at Wylie High School where he visited with chefs Toni Sloan and Tim Pound about the Wylie ISD culinary arts program.

On a spur of the moment trip last week, celebrity chef Bobby Flay visited the culinary department at Wylie High School and its new 544 Cafe.

“He was duly impressed,” WHS Principal Virdie Montgomery declared.
