Wylie Show and Sale Returns for 59th Year

The 59th Annual Wylie Show & Sale is scheduled for March 22–28, 2026, at the F.O. Birmingham Agricultural Center in Wylie.

The weeklong event highlights the work of area youth exhibitors and features livestock shows, student shop projects, horticulture entries and other competitions. The show has long been a community tradition, bringing together students, families, local businesses and supporters to recognize the dedication and effort of participants.

Events begin Sunday, March 22, at 1 p.m. with judging for food, shop, horticulture and rabbit entries.

Livestock competitions continue Tuesday, March 24, at 6 p.m., featuring broilers, lambs and goats. The cattle and swine shows are scheduled for Thursday, March 26, at 6 p.m.

Activities conclude Saturday, March 28, beginning with the buyers breakfast at 8:30 a.m. The parade of champions will follow at 9:30 a.m., along with the senior walk and presentation of community champion awards. The event will end with a live auction and resale.

The F.O. Birmingham Agricultural Center is located on Guy Poole Drive in Wylie.
