Active aging is the answer to a long and healthy retirement lifestyle.

From independent and assisted living to memory care, adults ages 55 and up can achieve optimal health by engaging in a consistent regiment of physical activity. Seniors living in a retirement community often have access to health and fitness programs that incorporate aerobics, strength training, and sports of varying ability levels.
