Tourney crown runs Wylie East win-streak to six

by | Nov 29, 2023 | Sports

The Wylie East Lady Raiders went on quite the run prior to Thanksgiving Break. The girls won each of their five games in the I-45 Showdown in Pflugerville, before taking the court one final time last week against Bishop Lynch.

After alternating wins and losses to start the year, the Lady Raiders put together their first winning streak of the season, thanks to a perfect showing in Pflugerville. They opened the three-day event with wins over Cedar Ridge, Bryan and Eastwood High School.
