The staff of the town of St. Paul is still getting situated in a newly remodeled town hall building they moved into about mid October after enduring a six months of construction inconvenience.
“We have done no decorating,” Town Secretary/Administrator Bob London pointed out. “There is nothing hanging on the walls.”
