Vendors have through Friday, June 7, to sign up for the annual Bluegrass on Ballard celebration set for June 29 in historic downtown Wylie.
The free annual event features bluegrass bands, impromptu jam sessions, an antique and classic car show, arts and crafts, food, chili cook-off, food and a blood drive.
Hosts for the event are the city of Wylie, Wylie Downtown Merchants Association Bluegrass Heritage Foundation, East Fork Masonic Lodge, Wylie American Legion Post 315, and North Texas Equestrian Center. Proceeds go to fund public art through town.
Registration for vendors must be completed electronically on applications available on the city website, wylietexas.gov. Applications must include photographs, list and pricing of items, and are processed in the order that they are received.
