Lady Pirates journey to Alvarado

Wylie girls soccer made the long trek to Alvarado for the area round.

They battled Belton on Monday, April 1 at Charles Head Stadium in Class 6A Region II.

Belton knocked off Mesquite Horn 5-3 in a shoot out in bi-district last week.

Wylie shut out McKinney Boyd 2-0 at Kimbrough Stadium in Murphy during the same round.
