Prizes are divided into $500 denominations with three to be given away in a Dec. 18 drawing. Starting Wednesday, Nov. 25, through Thursday, Dec. 17, shoppers can register with downtown merchants to win.    See page 8C in this issue for the form. No purchase is required to register and you do not have to be present to win. Entrants, however, must be 18 or older.
