Wylie ISD to host annual Veterans Day Program

The community is invited to honor those who have served our country at the annual Veterans Day program Tuesday, Nov. 11, at Wylie Stadium. 

Veterans will receive a complimentary breakfast at 9 a.m. in the Wylie High School auxiliary gym. Parking will be at the stadium, and a shuttle will be available. 

Program guests are requested to arrive by 10:20 a.m., and the ceremony begins at 10:40 a.m. 

Air Force JROTC cadets from Wylie High School and Wylie East will lead the ceremony. As part of the program’s events, veterans will be recognized by era and later by branch of service.
