Internet marketer Jordan Ramiez says he is trying to broker a settlement between the Parker City Council and Dallas developers Phil and Don Huffines, who plan a subdivision between Parker and Murphy.
There are more questions than answers about plans to build 254 homes on 101 acres between Parker and Murphy. But some issues are being resolved as Dallas internet influencer Jordan Ramirez tries to overcome opposition to the Restore the Grasslands (RTG) project linked to the family trusts of Dallas developers Phil and Don Huffines.
Ramirez has met twice with the Parker City Council, held a town hall at nearby Southfork Ranch and has been negotiating with various parties engaged in lawsuits against a proposed wastewater treatment plant, Municipal Utility District (MUD) and the use of Gregory Lane for construction as well as emergency access to the development.
